Our methodology rests on three pillars:
Conception : When a contract is signed with a company, the specific objectives of each course are thoroughly examined with the person in charge of training or Human Resources.
Feasibility : The required number of hours is determined in agreement with the person in charge of training or Human Resources. This will depend on a number of parameters such as the complexity of the target language, the gap between the mother tongue and the target language, the learners' backgrounds and personalities.
Follow-up : Both the teacher and F9 are constantly in touch with the company, from the first appointment, throughout the programme, right up until the final assessment.
Intra-company group courses
The intra-company courses are intended for employees of a single company and their contractors. By definition, these courses are customized to fit the exact precise professional demands of the company.
